Actionaid International is working in over 14 Countries with Local Partners to Implement Strategic Partnership Agreement ll to help people living in poverty and injustice in which every person enjoys the right to a life with dignity.
Clement Isong Foundation invited Enumerators from different Communities to partake on a Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussion Training organised on Friday 9th of September,2022.
The Enumerators from Uyo and Ikot Ekpene Local Government Areas organised Focus Group Discussion with Both Male and Female to reflect on key questions to be used to improve intervention and support.
Some of the questions bother on Which Programs Beneficiaries want to be implemented in their respective Communities,the number of young people that sit on decision making spaces ,what challenges the programme can address and key barriers that can be addressed.
Dr Gabriel, the Consultant from ActionAid Nigeria was present to supervise the Focus Group Discussion.Make inputs and recommendations.
The Strategic Partnership Agreement has three Thematic Strategic Objectives which are
Strategic Objective 1: Young People, especially young women and those facing marginalisation or fragility,enjoy their rights to open and enabling democratic spaces and access to well resourced programmes and public services.
Strategic Objective 2: Young People, especially young women and those facing marginalisation or fragility, enjoy a just transition and their right to climate Resilient livelihood.
Strategic Objective 3: Young people, especially young women and those facing marginalisation, are Resilient to shock and enjoy their right to protection in fragile context, disaster and protected crisis
